Refunds are only available if you cancel with 24-hour notice prior to your scheduled consultation or project start date.

Non-Refundable Services

Completed Work

No refunds are available for completed work. Once a project or consultation has been delivered, payment is final.

Important Notes:

  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email
  • The 24-hour notice period is calculated from the scheduled start time
  • Partial refunds are not available for partially completed work
  • Custom development and implementation work is considered complete upon delivery
